Room in a shared household close to university

Hey, I'm looking to move out around April and therefore have to find a replacement for myself.

About the place: the house is very close to the University of Dundee, a 5 minute walk and you are on campus. Most of the days it is quiet outside and there are no big parties around, even though most of the people in the area are students as well. The only time I ever heard by any noise, was during the freshers week and Halloween. Other than that it is a quiet residential area.

The house has three floors, and my room is located on the top floor with windows going out at the garden. You will also have your own small bathroom with toilet and think that is located on the second floor. However, for the showers you will have to share a bathroom with others. There are two bathrooms in the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the top one. The washing machine does not have a drying option but we have a lot of indoor dryers and if it is sunny outside there is place to hang your laundry in the backyard. There is also a small storage room right next to my room. We share a living room with a TV, but I have never used it so I don't know what is on it. There are two bus stops that will get you to the center in no time.

You will be staying with at least 2 guys, however currently there are 4 men and one women (me) staying in the house. 3 of us are moving out at different times, so I cannot be sure with who are you going to stay for sure. However, currently all of us are quiet, friendly, and tidy.

My room itself comes with a built in closet, a desk with a chair, double bed mattress, and a cabinet.

The rent is £400 a month and the bills are currently £36 per month. So expect to pay around £440 a month.
