- 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached property with central heating
- Washing machine/ tumble dryer
- Shared living room and kitchen (with cooking utensils etc included)
- Back garden

About the flatmates:
Flatmate 1: 3rd year medical student - he’s friendly, particularly enjoys going out with his mates and sports, especially rugby

Flatmate 2: Foundation doctor who is out of the house a lot due to work but is very outgoing, friendly and a good flatmate

Flatmate 3: We have another room that will be available to rent soon

What we are looking for: a clean, friendly student or young professional.
Historically this flat has been medical, so this might be taken into account. Also preference will be those who can move in sooner rather than later!

Rent is currently 360 per month but may potentially increase to 400.
