Double room available!

Double furnished room available in first floor flat. This is a lovely flat located on Perth Road just above party wizard. My room is at the back of the flat with a stunning view of the Tay river, meaning it is nice and quiet with great sunlight and views.
The room is cosy and features a really large built in wardrobe/cupboard. This has many shelves and a rail and has more than enough room for larger items. All furniture seen except the desk and chair are apart of the flat. I am happy to leave the desk though (if you are interested).
I will be moving out end of March and the contract will start from April but happy to be flexible on move in dates etc!
You will be sharing with two other girls, a third year student and a masters student. Both plan on staying for the next year so this is perfect if you are planning on staying for the following academic year, not essential though! Both girls are friendly, social and respectful and would probably prefer a female flatmate.
Rent is £450 a month and we are with rent flats dundee. Bills not included, we currently pay £47 a month for electric and £10 for wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, airfryer toaster etc) and I would be happy to leave any kitchen utensils if needed.
There is free parking down the street on seafield lane if needed. The flat is directly outside the bus stop to ninewells. It is a great location on the Perth Road and is only a few minute walk to Djcad and 5 minutes to main campus. Loads of shops nearby.
