This is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 story townhouse in Dundee. I am moving cities, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease. There are three others who live here, all at Abertay University. They are kind and considerate people!

This is a private let suitable for students, not student accommodation! No smoking or drugs! Alcohol is fine!

The bedroom is rather large, with a double bed and built in wardrobe with plenty of space! It also comes with a large desk and a computer chair. The window has blinds and curtains. (Photo's were taken when we first toured the house. If you want recent pictures, just request them!)

All doors in the house are fire doors, and fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors are checked regularly.

There is a plan in place with 'Fused Bills' that covers all utilities. It is around £74.80 per month (this could change). All tenants are students, so are exempt from council tax. It would be preferred that another student takes over my tenancy.
