Bright, Cozy room by Balgay park

I am looking for someone to let my room to while I spend a few months travelling round Scotland and staying with family. It’s a lovely friendly and cozy flat and my current flatmate/lodger will still be here so you’ll be sharing with one other.

The room is not luxurious but it is definitely spacious and is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a couple night stands and a chair. You are welcome to change the layout 😆

The flat is a 25 minute walk from the centre of town where you can catch a bus to places like St Andrews and the bigger cities, and also has plenty of free parking in the street outside. It’s close to a few small shops and pubs and right by a park, with a yoga studio on the same street. It’s generally quiet, yet close to where the action is, which is great.

We often host dinner parties and watch shows together on the projector in the shared living room, where there is a sofa bed we sometimes use for guests. The kitchen and bathroom are dinky but very functional and we usually manage to cook around each other or opt to cook for one another.

Dates are very flexible as I am staying with family near by, but will need plenty of foresight to allow me to resume working in order to pay the mortgage, ideally looking for someone for end of May though mid August.
