Living Room

This apartment already comes with a fully furnished bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and the perfect living room for hangouts.

This apartment is a 2 minute walk from Lidl and has many bus stops that can take you to the city center or University with buses that often come every 10 minutes.

While the bedroom come unfurnished, I can help with buying and building your furniture (within reason). It includes 2 closet spaces with a wifi mesh hub allowing for ethernet connection to any PC or whatever you want. I can also install locks on your bedroom door if you wish.

The living room has two reclining sofas and a dining table which allows for upwards of 10 people sitting comfortably. The TV is 75 Inch and you are more than welcome to use all my streaming services (Prime Video, Netflix, NOWtv and Disney+). It also has an LED bulb that changes colour along with two LED stands that allow for complete control over the mood lighting in the living room.

The bathroom is pretty standard, is easy to clean and stays that way. There are clean towels available for use already but of course you can bring all of your toiletries.

The kitchen includes an oven, kettle, microwave, dual-airfryer and a spacious refridgerator. I often keep the kitchen stocked so help yourself to whatever food there is.

There are 2 people living here already, myself (Luka) and Ryan. Although I always leave during vacations and we're both students so we're not in the flat much throughout the day.
