Modern Riverside Drive double bedroom with ensuite

Hi, I'm looking for a female student/professional similar in age to myself (23) who is interested in lodging in a flat.

The property is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat on Riverside Drive in Dundee (next to the Tesco Extra).

I will be starting my 1st year of medicine at the University of Dundee, and I'm primarily hoping to share with someone on the same/similar course to me (i. e. Dentistry, science-based masters/PhD) - but I am also open to sharing with a young professional.

I am looking for someone who likes to stay in and isn't a big party/going out type of person every week.

I enjoy dancing, baking, and cooking.

Please note I am due to move in this August. I have been to visit the property, but there will be some minor differences in furniture/lounge wall colour etc as I personalise the property a little.

Additionally, my partner will be visiting around once a month for perhaps a week at a time, he is very similar to myself and we are both easy going.
