We’re looking for a female student to take over a room in our shared flat, located right in the heart of Dundee.

The flat is on the top floor, offering a sense of safety as well as distance from the noise and bustle of the town below. It’s a clean, quiet, and comfortable space—ideal for someone who wants a calm environment to focus on their studies.

We maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We occasionally have friends or partners over, but this is not a party flat—more low-key, peaceful hangouts.

Both current tenants work in hospitality, so our schedules can be a bit unconventional, with late-night comings and goings. We’re looking for someone who is respectful of this and happy with a similar dynamic.
