1 single room available

1 single room is available for only one month of June, in a 2 bhk flat (ground floor). I am currently staying in this flat, I will move out in June end, after that you can take the whole flat on rent for yourself or find a new flatmate if you want to continue. I am only looking for someone for 1 month, after that upto you, you can stay and find a flatmate or you can leave. Owner expects one month of rent as deposit. I am open to 2 female friends also who can share this one room for June month, and when I leave they can take whole 2 bhk flat for themselves. Total rent for this entire 2bhk flat would be £670 then. Its fully furnished with sofa, coffee table, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, chimney, beds, tables, wardrobes. I can share all pictures in dm.
