I am moving for work and looking to rent my brilliant two double bedroom flat.

The flat is located on a quiet, sought after, residential street in Dundee within a two minute walk of the cafés and shops of Perth Road. Far enough away from the main street not to hear any traffic noise, this flat is ideally served by bus stops only minutes away, with regular buses to Ninewells and the City Centre.

The flat itself is housed within a modern building with a security entrance, and comprises:

a large master bedroom (double) with built-in mirrored wardrobes;
*a bright, second double bedroom also with built in mirrored wardrobes;
*a living/dining room with bay windows;
*a kitchen with a dishwasher, gas hob and all other white goods (fridge-freezer and washing machine)

The flat has been newly decorated throughout and comes with a small, shared area outdoors with space to hang washing as well as an allocated parking space.

I get on well with all my neighbours and the flats are always quiet at night. I am looking for respectful tenants who would appreciate this and who would look after this property.
