Two rooms to rent in a quiet, semi-rural setting. Kintail Cottage is situated in Blairmore, on the edge of the Trossachs National Park. It is within easy commuting distance of Glasgow and Glasgow Airport with fast, reliable broadband. There is public transport but a car is recommended. The village has a cafe and a charity shop. The first room has a shower room next door. It has one single bed, a desk, and clothes storage space. The furniture is simple and clean. The room is on the ground floor. The second room is upstairs, with the same amenities, and a double bed, for a single person. There is a shared bathroom. The rooms have both been recently decorated in white. There are two living areas - a family room with a well-resourced kitchen, and a large sunny living room. Both are sizable. There is a log fire. There is off-road parking for several cars and a large garden. It would be an advantage if any prospective tennant was interested in gardening, but not a pre-requisite. There is central heating. I currently live in the property in the third bedroom.
