The house is only 11 years old. Although it's a new development and I have only lived here for 1.5 years I've found it to be a very friendly place.
The neighbours are brilliant and the one tenant I have here already is also very friendly and nice person who likes to keep the house tidy.
If you're looking for somewhere in this area I'm sure you will love it here.
The rent is £450 per month and then a 2 way share of the gas, electric and water. Only 2 ways as I (landlord) won't be here for the majority of the time......give me a call for more info.
