These spacious executive-quality lodgings are perfect for an independent professional who works away from home or a longer term full-time let perhaps for someone who enjoys a peaceful garden.

You’ll have a lovely spacious double-bed room and full use of communal facilities such as a large kitchen and lounge with everything you need Including your own dedicated food cupboard and freezer space. We have all home-comforts including a dishwasher and the place has many advantages including private gated parking. There is a lovely garden to relax in during the warmer times of year. The building has oodles of character and you will have historical stories to tell because King Henry VIII is rumoured to have visited here with Anne Boleyn.

We have a peaceful, relaxed, professional and good humoured atmosphere ideal for the end of your working day. We provide a warm welcome and our housemates have always been very happy here. We typically attract people working MOD, Airbus , Aztec West, Southmead Hospital, Patchway and UWE (north Bristol).

There is a luxury bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.
You would share a large bath & shower room with one other person. In total there would be four people living in this large house including the landlords.
Communal areas are cleaned weekly.
WiFi, TV licence, council tax and ALL bills are included.
