Hi! We have one furnished room in a house of 5. Close to gloucester road (about a 10 minute walk) and a bus stop into the city centre less then a minutes walk away! So great for commuting to work and nights out.
The room is a spacious double room and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers. It also has an en suite shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and tidy, as well as a large living room. We also have a small garden!
There is no designated parking but on street parking is free and can always find places to park!
Rent is - £495 plus £70ish for bills includes water, energy, internet and council tax.
There is currently two boys, two girls all full time professionals. We all get on well and our pretty chill so looking for someone on the same level! We like to keep the house clean and tidy and our respectful of each other and the communal areas. We all are happy to do our own things but also down for a little party, communal meals or having a cuppa and a chat.
