Myself and Vicky have v nice unfurnished room which will be available within the next month.
Bills are roughly £150. House is spacious, with a garden on Ashley down road. Great location to get to the motorway, the downs and st werbs. There is no permit parking but lots of areas to find a space. Not had any major trouble with that so far, as our current housemate parks fine.
I’m currently working from home / my studio, and Vicky is studying between here and Frenchay. We like to hold a practical professional house but also love a bev and being potatoes too. Love to cook together, chill and go find new things to do.
We ideally need someone with the next three weeks.
