Rent is £550 per month and bills are around £135 but this may change, with a deposit of £533.

We have a lovely kitchen with lots of room to cook and a big living room with a dining area.
3 friends who spend lot of time together watching films, cooking, and having drinks on the weekend. We are a sociable house so ideally we’re looking for someone similar!
We have one toilet on the ground level and a bathroom on the top floor with an in bath shower.
We all work Monday to Friday so we’re looking for someone with the same routine. Enjoy wholesome activities on the weekend but love a good pub night x
We’re looking for someone to stay until December minimum! Our housemate who’s leaving is still on the tenancy until December, so please only drop us a message if you’re comfortable with a sublet, and a name change can happen at the end of the year.
