Lively house looking for 2 flatmates

Hello! We are Anna, Otto, Freddy, Molly and Kate - 5 adventurous (at times) friends on the lookout for 2 individuals to join us in our lively, community-driven, and slightly chaotic house.
Our house is sandwiched between ALDI (5mins), LIDL (6mins) and Gloucester Road (10mins). We are close to great green spaces like Purdown, Boiling Wells/St Werburgh's City Farm and St Andrews Park. It is a really nice area and our neighbours are friendly.
We have a garden/patio with a lovely fire pit (lots of bbqs!) and a shed filled with tools and art supplies for any creative project and/or doomsday preparation.

The rooms aren’t available for move in till August, but due to signing the contract soon we are looking now!

Also, we are in tax bracket D and split council tax equally between us.
Bills (inc council tax) are no more than £100 pppm
Deposit ≈ £700 pppm

OTTO
I'm a 23 yr old professional musician. I play jazz bass and make electronic music, and I love going to jams and putting on club nights and parties. I'm a bit of a House Dad and really care about keeping a welcoming space and giving the house a personal touch.

FRED
I'm 24. I've just finished studying Computer Science and been working part time in software development because of the way I like them: computers. I spend my free time working on creative computing projects, DIY, reading wikipedia, clambering, clinging and tumbling. I love cooking (food) and running (along). I'm kind, helpful and sometimes a little bit messy.

ANNA
Hi! I, instead, am 23 years old. I am a second year MA student with a lot excitement for theatre and performing arts, immersive experiences and digital art. I am actually from Barcelona (Visca!) and really really like dancing (a lot), any and all arts and crafts, films and languages. I am an energetic and enthusiastic (neurodiverse) housemate.

We are a slightly reckless little group who like listening to music together, cooking up huge feasts, outdoor time (like climbing), saying lots of silly things, clubbing and parties, DIYing and most importantly trying and learning new things together.
We are looking for housemates who are outgoing, creative and ready to get sucked in (to our pyramid scheme).
