Homely 3 bed house in Ashley Down

Looking for a sociable housemate to join us in a homely shared house!
Nice 3 bed semi detached house with a garden in Ashley Down, the house was recently done up to a high standard. The room comes with a double bed and built in wardrobes and would share a bathroom with the other housemate.
About the housemates:
The landlord (me - Rory) is marked as live-in, however, I currently live in London most of the time due to work commitments. I come back on average once a month or so. I'm 28 years old and work in consulting, I'm very relaxed and alway ensure that things are fixed quickly and that the house has all of the amenities (including Sky TV, Netflix and other streaming services). I still have a large number of friends in Bristol so I come back to see them and spend the weekend.
The other housemates are Amy (26) and Rosabella (27). Amy is a journalist and Rosabella works for the MoD. Both sometimes works at home during the week and the rest of the time in the office. Both are lovely and is a pleasure to live with!
The house is super relaxed and we often have friends over for a drink, food or just to chill in front of the TV.
We have a garden which is lovely in summer and a shed for outdoor storage.
There is also a driveway which will be free most of the time as I will be in London.
Rent is £700 per month and that includes all bills other than heating/electric of which you will pay 1/4 of the cost per month. In winter this can be up to £70 and in summer this is usually £25 or less.
