Rent includes all bills, wifi,, some cleaning of communal areas and some toiletries supplied.. deposit (£200) one week rent in advance, 2 weeks notice when vacating the property, and on inspection deposit will be returned.

This house is surrounded by many local amenities, bus stops and rail service to Bristol City Centre is within walking distance. Access to M5 and M4 motorways Great local train station (2 mins walk), Bus stops right on door step.

Ideally I am looking for someone who travels home at weekends, but not a must.
Must be in full time employment and work days.
