Hi, I have 1 very clean and tidy double room in the quiet area of Avonmouth. You will also have a private bathroom.
The house is only 3 minutes' walk to the Avonmouth Train Station which goes directly to Clifton Down (9 minutes)and Temple Mead(25 minutes), also within easy walking to the bus stops which go to Cribbs Causeway and City Centre, direct access to the M5, North and South and just a few miles from M4 East and West.
If you want a quiet clean and tidy place to stay with excellent access to Bristol and motorway, then my lovely room is for you.
You will be required to pay a security deposit and one months rent in advance before keys are handed over. Sorry, no couples/overnight guests, no pets or smokers - non negotiable.
