Hi guys, due to a change in circumstances, this gorgeous room is now available again. Move in date between 2nd and 20th April.

The Barn is in a very peaceful spot with electric gates, CCTV, plenty of parking, a small lake/large pond outside the front door, resident deer, kingfishers, moor hens and even visits from herons, a swan and otters. So if you like nature, this could be the home for you! There is a wood burning stove in the lounge which is perfect for the coming winter months and it feeds the central heating system, bonus. The kitchen is great with all the usual stuff plus dishwasher, wine fridge and spice cupboard.
This house is by no means a party house but more of a calm space to come home to.
I try to only use eco cleaning products the majority of the time. This is important, not only for the environment bit also because chemical cleaning products can affect my skin.

You'd be sharing with me. I'm 39, currently not working so I'm home a fair bit. I enjoy gardening, growing veg, cycling and usually have a couple of creative projects on the go, from making clothes to knitting and making stop motion animation puppets.

Ideal housemate would be a nice, sociable, chilled person who'd be up for sharing meals once or more a week and hanging out, watching TV, board games, gardening etc while also respecting each others space.
