25 min age. No students sorry. Double room (12 x11ft) first floor just 3 miles from Bath. We are a very friendly and welcoming bunch of professionals and really enjoy the house. Plenty of free parking. The number 3 bus stops opposite the house every 15 minutes to Bath. Cycle to Bath from the double garage. It takes about 20 minutes along the canal path. There is wireless internet access throughout the house. All bills are included - heating, water, council tax and electricity.

Cleaner comes weekly for communal areas, if you’d like her to do your bedroom please make arrangements directly with her.

There are great pubs... one on the canal and one next to the weir plus a local store, Boots chemist and the doctor's surgery.
