I have a 3-bedroom semi-detached house located at Odd Down, Bath, with 1 single room for rent . It is 490 / month which is available from 23/09 . The rent term is for the academic year (10~12 months).

The location has many direct bus routes to Bath city centre, Bath Spa University, and the University of Bath. The buses are frequent and numerous (10~15 minutes each), allowing for easy transport across the city. There are many supermarkets nearby, such as Sainsbury's, Co-op, and Tesco. Additionally, the house location is very close to hairdressers, fish & chips shops, Chinese takeaway etc. Overall, it is a very convenient place for residents.
