House to share

Hi,

I’m looking to share my 3 bed home with a friendly, outgoing professional. The double room is a reasonable size with a built in wardrobe, 2 x chest of drawers, bedside tables and a small tv. There is a shared downstairs bathroom that has a wet room style shower (no bath), shared kitchen with all white goods (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc) and a shared living room with leather recliner sofas and tv. The 3rd front bedroom has a sofa bed for occasional guests and is mainly used as shared desk/office space. The garden is large but in need of a lot of tlc from myself before it’s barbecue ready. Entrances to the house are well lit at night and off street parking’s available. All bills are included and a cleaner visits regularly.

The house is located on a quiet street away from the main road with families and students occupying the surrounding houses. Oldfield Park station is a 10 minute walk and has regular services into Bath Spa (3mins) and Bristol Temple Meads (15-20mins) during commuter times. Within walking distance there's an M&S food hall, Lidl, a bakery and some smaller shops - One Stop and the like.

About me – I’m easygoing, friendly and enjoy staying active. I go to regular fitness classes, the gym and am a keen road cyclist during the summer. I love all things motorsports, eating out/cooking good food and watching films.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly, happy to chill and chat over cooking/watching tv but also able to respect other’s personal space.
