The flat is about a 10min walk to Bath city centre, 3min walk to the University bus route and a 1min walk to Sydney Gardens.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker, washing machine anda fridge-freezer. The double bedroom has 2 built-in wardrobes, a double bed, and a fire place (not active). The flat has a corner sofa-bed, dining table for 4, coffee table, and shelves and drawer units.

There is a new energy efficient combi-boiler that can be smartphone controlled. This is useful to check and control the temperature and boiler in the flat when you're not there. 

There is parking outside the flat, 1-2hrs free during 8am-6pm Mon-Sat and free at outside those hours. Otherwise, you need a permit.
