Hello!

I'm Alicia, 24, looking for someone to come and share my 2 bed flat with me and my indoor cat Saskia (see photos, she's cute!).

The flat is centrally located, around 5-10 minutes walk from the train station and right next door to a big Sainsbury's. It's a quiet street and a really nice area to live in. The other flats in the building are very friendly and you will be well looked after!

The rent will be £650 a month and includes:
* Furnished bedroom - bed, mirror, chest of drawers, rail and a few other bits and pieces (you'd be welcome to add anything else you wanted)
* WiFi
* All bills (including council tax, water, WiFi, gas/electric, TV licence, etc)
* Dishwasher
* Dryer
* Washing machine
* Kitchen with small dining table
* Good sized lounge (+ Netflix, Prime Video and NowTV - the TV has also been updated since the photos were taken!)

The deposit will be £790 and I will put you in contact with the estate agent to get everything sorted.

I'm looking for someone who's around my age, preferably female, enjoys their own space but also might be up for a chat/glass of wine every now and again - also, needs to like cats!! 🙂 When I started renting the flat it was completely unfurnished, so I ask that the new tenant please be aware of that and help keep everything nice and tidy so that it can be a great home.
