We're looking for someone to take a room to replace our outgoing housemate and join Fergus, Georgia and Lloyd. Everyone is a young working professional.
The house has:
-Large new kitchen
-Dining room
-Large Sitting Room
-Utility Room
-Lots of storage
-Good sized new bathroom (shared between 3)
-Option to add an additional large external storage space
-Washing machine, Tumble drier, Dishwasher, Separate (and large) Fridge and Freezer
Everything is furnished
The bedroom is recently refurbished has a double bed (with storage space underneath) as well as drawers and built in cupboard space. The room is a L shape and the be fits nicely between two walls however this leaves the rest of the room free. It's normally the first room in the house that's rented however if you like the house (and hate the room) we might be able to move another housemate into it.
On road parking is available just outside and a nearby bus stop that gets you to the station in town in 10 minutes.
We're ideally looking for someone that wants somewhere nice to call home and will be a good fit with the current housemates.
No agency fees or references required (as you'll be dealing directly with us) but we always like for people to meet the existing housemates before we move people in.
