The house is at the end of a culdesac and is located in Combe Down (bus stop 1 minute from house is 10 minutes to the centre or those who like a little walk this would take 20 minutes) The property itself is a 2 bed end of terrace house: on the ground floor you have a large hallway, downstairs toilet, a good size lounge, kitchen with all essential amenities such as cooker, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs the room available for rent is a large double situated at the front of the house and comes with; double bed, bed side draws, desk, chest of draws and a cupboard with hanging rails. The room also comes with a private bathroom that contains a bath, shower, toilet and sink.

The property also has a rear garden which during summer time gets sun in it till the evening and is not backed onto by another property.

Parking is also available on the drive way next to our car
