I have a large double room available for rent on London Road. The flat is in a great location, less than 15 minute walk into the city centre, 20 minute walk to Bath Spa Station, and 10 minute walk to the U1 bus stop to get to the University of Bath. There's a Morrisons 5 minute walk away and a nearby bus stop to get to town.

I'm moving out of the flat and advertising my room. Ideally I'd like someone to replace me late August but can be very flexible on dates.

My current housemate David is a young professional working in Bath, who you'll get to meet during viewings, has been living in the flat since May.

FLAT:
The property is a two bed flat, with a modern shared bathroom, large kitchen and shared living /dining room.

Gas central heating, electric hob and oven. WiFi available.

Most big pieces of furniture and white goods shown in the pictures is included in the property. I'll only be moving out some smaller storage furniture with me.

ROOM:
The bedroom is south facing, comes with all furniture shown.

The monthly rent is £500.

Open to students or professionals.

Bills add up to about £100-120 a month between 2 people including council tax, which may be applicable, but can vary depending on number of tenants.

The move in date is flexible but ideally from late August onwards.
