I am looking for a second tenant to share a beautiful flat, a short walk from Bath city centre.
I am moving out and I am hoping to be replaced with a similarly friendly, laid-back and considerate person. A young professional female is preferred, ideally someone who is looking for a friend as well as a flat-mate. I would be happy to show a newcomer around. My house mate is considerate, tidy and enjoys both a night out and an evening on the sofa.
The property is spacious and light, with a very large kitchen, sizable living/dining room and small bathroom (including bath/shower). The room on offer is a good-sized double. The room is unfurnished, however the remainder of the flat is furnished.
There is a lovely balcony, a shared garden and a garage for outside storage.
The rent does not include bills, which are approx. £170 per month (including council tax, energy, water, TV license and broadband.)
We are very well positioned in a quiet residential area, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 5 minutes from the canal towpath.
