Postgraduate Let! Great Location With Good Busses

Hello!

I am finishing up my Master’s in Biochemistry at the University of Bath. I signed a contract with my two friends Ben May and Alex Ho for a house in Oldfield park from July 1st 2019 –July 1st 2020 for while I finish.

The rent is 568 pcm with bills and the house is very spacious with 3 floors. You enter on the middle level and there is a bedroom to the right, a living room down the hall and a bathroom with a bath/shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and a very large kitchen dining room, conservatory downstairs with a patio garden. The address is 42 Herbert Road, in a very good location in Oldfield park! It’s more of a family home and not a student let, everything is furnished, and it has a really nice clean finish. We have 100mb internet and lots of communal space. I’m in the room on the middle floor and it currently is a single bed, however it could easily fit a double bed in with loads of room.

The house is very close the U1 bus stop which takes you straight to Uni and there's a Sainsbury's local on the corner

The Let is with a lovely private landlord called Behjat.

About Ben and Alex: They are both moving into their 2nd year of their PhDs, Ben does stuff with AI and Alex stats and genomic data mining.

I am going to move out September 1st leaving 10 months left on the contract for you to take over (no Summer rent!).

We would prefer a male postgraduate, but it’s not a necessity.
