Large double bedroom for professional in the hugely desirable area of Bear Flat, Bath under a mile to the city centre/train station/ bus station.

Huge room in an old Georgian flat with high ceilings and lovely features.

The room: A large double bedroom with window overlooking leafy garden/allotments. It's fully furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed, bedside cabinet, standing desk, blinds and lamp - everything you need and very homely.

Simply bring your own bedding and make yourself at home.

Flatmates: You'll join two friendly professional women (27 and 30) - one works in animation and the other for the NHS - plus one pretty shy cat. Looking for someone tidy and respectful.

Parking: outside is free from 6pm to 8am then one - three hours allowed between these times.

Public transport: A bus stops right outside the flat - straight into town (2 mins) and around £2

Bills: All bill included except electricity (summer typically £15 per month, winter approx £50 pcm)
