I have a sunny single room, suitable for a mature student, in my home which I share with one other person. My house is situated in a pleasant residential area close to shops and bus routes to the city centre and Bath University.

You would have plenty of storage space with 2 large drawers under the single bed, a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk for a laptop.

There is shared use of the bathroom with WC, bath and shower, a 2nd WC downstairs, good sized kitchen/dining room and utility room with washing machine. The house also has a lovely garden with patios and amazing views across Bath!

We have excellent transport links to the city centre, about a 5-10 minute bus ride away, and close to the stop for the direct bus to the Bath University campus. If you prefer to walk, the centre is just 25 minutes downhill (a little longer back!). There is plenty of on-street parking and space to store a bike.

The room is available from 8th November 2021 and rent includes internet, electricity and central heating.
