Outstanding accommodation in quiet area

I'm looking for a professional person to stay Monday to Fridays in a relatively self-contained area of the house. It comprises a beautiful bedroom with stunning views of the garden and city. Also a spacious sitting and study area with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and dining area are shared with the owner.

The train and bus station are a ten-minute walk from the house, and there is a good bus service to the universities and the main hospital. There is also a range of local shops, cafes, etc. within five minutes' walk.

I am looking for someone who is quiet and respectful.
