Single Room in friendly 3 bedroom house

Hi I'm Ruari and I'm a pretty chilled out live-in landlord looking to let out a single bedroom in a 3 bedroom house in a nice and quiet part of Twerton. The locations has great bus connections to town (it takes about 1 min to walk to the bus stop). I tend to cycle into town and am happy to lend my spare bike to a lodger. Its a 15 min cycle into town (and a 13 min cycle to the hospital if you work there).

Ideally I'm looking for a professional in a similar age bracket to me (I'm 25). I'm a like cooking so someone else who likes to cook too would be ideal. I also like drinking Gin and playing boardgames.

The room overlooks a nice green and you can see some hills in the distance. The room contains the following: single bed and mattress, bedside table, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair.

The other house-mate is Laura who has lived here for 18 months and works. She is really nice and when I asked her what her two favorite things were she said:"Tennis and cake".

The property has a garden with decked area that stays sunny until pretty late, a gas BBQ and patio furniture.

Keen to check that we could actually get on before living together, so Laura and I would like to chat with any applicants on Zoom etc. We can give you a virtual tour at the same time.

• On street parking (or possible off street parking if you can squeeze in next to Laura's car)
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility room.
• Robot hoover downstairs.
• Happy to share my pots and pans etc
• All the bulbs are phillips hue (so you can schedule them to wake you up if you want)
• Large selection of board games + an xbox to get us through Covid
