Huge double room with unique arched ceiling available in lovely detached Georgian house in Widcombe - a safe, green and particularly beautiful area of Bath. On the cusp of the countryside yet only 10 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station with supermarket, pubs, cafes and GP surgery enroute. 20 mins walk from University of Bath.

Fully furnished as shown including king sized bed, desk, ample wardrobe and drawer space, and fast wifi. Large bathroom with bath and overhead shower to be shared with one other female student. Access to this 2nd floor bedroom is via a stone spiral staircase from the living room.

Cosy sitting room and fully equiped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, freezer and fridges plus washing machine, pretty garden and courtyard are all for shared use. All nicely furnished but homey and relaxed.

We are 3 females (1 professional, 2 students ) looking to make up an all female household. We enjoy company and occasional shared meals but also appreciate and respect own space. We'd like to live with someone who is tidy. There are no 'rules' just common decency and good communication.

Plentiful Residents Parking available if required. Ability to manage a narrow spiral staircase is a must.
