This is an add for the flat or rooms rented separately- depending on your times. The flat/rooms are available from the beginning of august - it can be arranged depending on your needs- ideally for a year/the academic year (or more if you decide so).

You would be dealing with the landlady directly (so no extra fees). She is looking for a full-time student- for council tax reasons or a bit extra if you’re not a student (see bellow)

Rent is £450 pcm including bills for students Deposit is £450 (the deposit won't be refunded since it’s used to cover your last month of stay in the house). (If you’re not a student you’d have to pay 550 a month)

The rooms are lovely quiet doublerooms on the first floor. We have bathroom and kitchen/living room on the same floor . The landlady lives on the ground floor.
The house is 5min walk from Bath Spa Railway station, 6min the bus station and bus stop to uni. Uni is 35-40min walk (uphill) or 25/30min ride on bus.
