Double room in bright flat on Coronation Avenue

My flatmate's moving out so his room is available for £500 pm. The flat is on the first floor in a block of flats, so gets lots of light. The room also includes a car parking space under cover. There's a bin storage/bike shed shared with other flats.

The apartment is fully furnished. I believe the landlady used to live here a while ago now so it's almost all her stuff, down to the cookware and cutlery. She's been very good at getting people in if we've had any issues.

The apartment is on Coronation Avenue about 10 minutes from the Moorland Road shops in Oldfield Park.

I'm a final year doctoral student doing chemistry at the University of Bath, so walk/bus to and from the lab every week day, but will have to start writing my thesis soon so may work from home on the odd day to accommodate that.

I'm clean and easy-going, I will usually cook and have a drink of an evening and may watch a couple of episodes of something with my current flatmate, but am happy keeping myself occupied reading or playing video games.
