Abi looking for house mate

Myself and another house mate are seeking a third person to occupy a spare bedroom room in this friendly relaxed house share located 2 miles outside Bath city centre within a a small village set in the beautiful green hilly countryside

The village has a large school and a lovely little friendly pub a few minutes walk away. The nearest shops are outside of the village so it's best if you don't mind hills and walking!
Whoever rents the room must be okay with cats as you can see in the picture I own one male who roams around the house and garden, He's very friendly but unsuprisingly prefers females to males!
The house has central heating, running water and wifi which is included in the rent . It's a large size with upstairs shower bathroom and downstairs (outside) toilet, kitchen and dining area
It's spacious enough for your own privacy, bedrooms are all decent size, 1 upstairs which is the one needing to be filled
approx 10 x 10 ft with a window overlooking the garden and the hill view
There is a large front and back garden which the live in landlord will require help to maintain and grow vegetables.
There are three bus stops surrounding the area which go to the city, the nearest one being 2 hourly
Prospective tenant must be keen on gardening and agricultural work, This really is mandatory and the garden has got overgrown and we need urgent help with it

This room willl be £500 per month and 500 up front to secure your deposit
We are respectful friendly people and like to eat dinner together sometimes for special occasions, other house mate loves to cook!
Can help out as and whenever needed with the cooking and cleaning
Doesn't need to be professionals or in work as long as you fit in with the house vibe and can afford the rent and do your bit to keep the house nice
Ideally easy going helpful and polite mature individuals
-Students would be good - and non smokers who don't mind animals and will do their bit around
