Our current housemate is moving to Bristol so we have a room to fill.

The room is at the back of the flat and looks out on to the garden. It's a small, cosy room but has plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and some other bits. The room will be unfurnished so there's plenty of opportunity for you to put your own stamp on it. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, but you are more than welcome to add your own bits too!

The flat is really conveniently located on Portland Place, which is a 5 minute walk to the Crescent and all the bars on George Street, and about a 15 minute walk down into town. There is no parking available as it is a three bed flat, and the council only allow two spaces.

Rent is £434 a month, and bills (Council tax, electricity, water, broadband) usually comes to around £120.00 per month. The deposit is £480.00 (the flat is rented through Aspire to Move but we mostly deal directly with the landlord).

A little about us...
I work in South Bristol as a Geography and Business teacher and Eloise works for the NHS.
We spend quite a lot of time together as a flat, so it's quite a sociable space, but we obviously respect if you prefer your own company from time to time too.
