Double room in central Bath

Hello! I have a double room available in a 2 bed top floor flat in the centre of Bath, with great views down to the Abbey. The flat is located just off the circus, only a few minutes walk to the centre.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen (with fitted fridge & washing machine) and bathroom. The available room is unfurnished, but the draws can be left for a small fee. The rest of the flat is furnished. The living room has a futon sofa, TV, and currently 2 desks (the one by the window will be going, but may be available if you wanted to keep it). I’d be happy if you have anything to add as the room is huge! There is no additional parking, as I already use the permit.

I’m looking for a replacement for my current flatmate who’s moving to London. It will be a joint tenancy with myself so you’ll be free to treat the place as a home.

I’m a 29 year old professional working as graphic designer, currently from home, but usually just outside Bath. I’m an easy going guy looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share with. I play tennis, like going to the gym and enjoy a trip to the pub.

Rent is £475 a month each plus bills, it's about £600 including bills. Available 8th June 2021.
