This is a furnished room with a bed, built in double wardrobe with deep shelving, a desk and chair. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room.

We are a happy and friendly household and enjoy doing some things together - such as park runs but respect personal space too 😊

The property is within walking distance of the RUH and the city. There is also a great selection of local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the house.

The house is situated in a green leafy position with parkland either end of the street leading to the cycle path.

Oldfield Park train station is a 10 minute walk away with bus stops to the city and university a few minutes walk away.

There is also plenty of free parking available at the property so no need for parking permits. There is a good sized garden with plenty of seating for outdoor eating in warmer climes. The house is modern, light, and airy.

We have a resident dog at the house so someone who likes dogs is a must! He is very friendly and well behaved.
