Lovely Ensuite Student Room - Bath

The rent is £480 per calendar month (pcm). However I’m willing to pay £100 pcm. Making the rent that you will pay £380 pcm to stay in this room.

It’s a lovely single ensuite room available for rent until 31 August 2021. The room is VERY VERY spacious and has 2 large windows, as can be seen in the pictures. It also comes with a wardrobe, a large drawer set, a large desk, a lamp and a single bed (there's extra storage underneath the bed)

The ensuite bathroom contains a toilet, a sink and a shower.

The living room and the kitchen are also very modern and spacious. All facilities are already set up in the house (electricity, fast broadband, etc...).

The house is on Brook road (Bath) making it 2 minutes walk from Pure Gym. It’s also fairly close to Coop, Sainsbury’s and Lidl.

It’s a 7-bedroom house with only 2-3 bedrooms occupied at the moment. All tenants are undergraduates in their 3rd-4th year, doing STEM subjects at the University of Bath. Very polite, respectful and friendly. Also, Hygiene was/is very well maintained throughout the year (especially for the current times). The same would be expected from the future tenant.
