Student Accommodation at Green Park House

At Bath Spa University we are fortunate enough to have rooms available for full-time students still searching. The 2020/21 academic year has been a challenging one and we know many students didn't get a chance to experience living in halls the way they might have imagined before joining university. If you are interested in living with us, whether you're an individual or a group of friends, please let us know!

We currently have availability at our Green Park House location. Located in the heart of Bath, Green Park house was opened in 2016 and was built using classic Bath stone. It’s an impressive feature on the Bath skyline and close to everything great Bath has to offer. Green Park House is primarily made up of cluster flats containing standard rooms with en-suites, where you'll share a kitchen and living space with between four and twelve people. In your study bedroom, you'll have your own en-suite bathroom, a small double bed, and sufficient storage for all your belongings.

Green Park House has been finished to a high standard and fitted with quality, purpose-built furniture. It also offers a laundry room, bicycle storage facilities, 24-hour security, free wireless internet, a student common room, and a bookable study/meeting space.
