Lovely Double Room for Students/Young Professional

Looking for a student or young professional to take over my current tenancy as I have a placement abroad. The room has a double bed and is very spacious. Available now until 19th September 2023.

The current tenants are all PhD students at the University of Bath. They are all social, tidy and easy to live with.

The 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms semi-detached furnished house has been recently renovated and is fully furnished.  The living room is a good size and includes a dining table, sofas and further storage space.  The kitchen is fitted with all the amenities including a dish washer, fridge/freezer, oven and a hob.  Furthermore, there is also a washing machine and a dryer.  Both bathrooms have showers. 

There is a beautiful garden with raised flower beds for those with green fingers along with a greenhouse and a shed.  There is free (non permit) on-street and driveway parking available.

There is a short walk to the large Sainsbury's and excellent transport links to Bath University and Bath City Centre. Both transport to the city center and the university takes 20 minutes. For students, the bus to the university is not busy and easier to travel compared to other student locations like old field.

The landlord has always been quick to solve any problems and is lovely to talk to.

There is no smoking permitted within the house.

Bills including energy, water and WiFi are roughly £75 per month per person.
