1 Bed, 4 Shared House With Third Year Students.

We’re all in our third year and are hoping for someone chill, tidy and sociable but not loud
someone who has been responsible with covid as one of the other tenants is high risk,
preferably she/her/they/them, (trans he/him and non straight he him are welcome to inquire).
We three are students, though we are open to non students so long as it is only you and you’re under 28.

We’d be in a 4 bedroom house in the Twerton area. Your room is upstairs, opposite the bathroom. Two other tenants are upstairs and we will have keys for our individual rooms so you may lock your stuff up when you are out. :)

The room is small but is £290 pcm (not including bills).
It has a single bed, a wardrobe, a bin, a desk and chair. There is also bedside table.

It’s a lovely house with a back garden, it’s cozy and has a dishwasher 👀 and a lot cheaper than most places in Bath!

The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet, there is also a toilet room in the outhouse downstairs.

The house is a 15 min walk from the nearest U5 bus stop and there is a 5 bus stop right outside the house’s backgarden. (Apologies, I am not sure how close the nearest bus route is to UoB)
It’s around a 20 min walk to Lidls, Hobbycraft, Costa, and Locksbrook campus.
The house is around 10 mins away from the nearest corner shop, and is 2 mins away from a hearing aid centre.
The photos are from 2012 though the windows are new double glazing, a new sofa in the living room, and the landlady is working on other parts of the house over summer i. e fresh paint, new ceilings or flooring where needed.
The landlady is very kind, makes warm conversations and genuinely interested in her tenants and the house.
The landlady and her son are very responsive and often have issues sorted in no time.
