🔷 Lockable bike shed and easy parking on the road outside the house although there is a regular uni bus route 2 mins walk.
🔷 Double glazed PVC framed windows , cavity wall insulation and an insulated loft make this a nice warm cosy house in the winter .

Location
🔶 Oldfield Park is very popular with students due to its close and easy access to the centre of Bath and both Unis .
🔶 Regular buses going every 10-15 mins from about 300 yards away will take you to the centre of Bath and Universities. The Oldfield Park train station is also about a 10 min walk away
🔶 The high street is again a few mins walk and has a choice of supermarkets , take aways , restaurants, cafes, hardware stores , charity shops , gift shops , banks , post office and just about everything you need locally.
It has a lovely friendly vibe and a sense of community , whilst being so close to the city centre.

🩸So The rent is just the rent with no bills included . They seem to come in at about £50 pcm each for gas/elec/ internet/water.
I have videos taken last year and since then the 3rd and 4th bedroom have had new furniture .recently.
