My name is Daisy (they/them) and I’m looking for a new housemate! I have been living in the flat since July 2021 and have decided to renew the lease and continue living in this lovely flat for another year. My current housemate will be moving out at the end of the current lease (approx June 2022) leaving space for someone new.

- Located in a quiet corner of Bath City Centre 2mins walk away from Bath Abbey and the Train Station.
- Great kitchen with white goods included (washing machine incl)
- Lease runs from July 2022 - June 2023
- Rent is £475 per person monthly (£950 total between 2)
- Bills not included (currently paying around £25 per week per tenant for all bills including internet)

- Will love being sociable and hanging out with you but also really enjoys my own space too.

Potential Roommate Top Qualities:

- MUST be okay with houseplants (I have quite a few)
- Be respectful of the space, the shared spaces are mainly furnished with my own furniture and I have worked hard to create a clean, cosy and homey space and would like to keep it that way.
- Be clean and tidy, tidy up after yourself please :)

- Ideally masters/mature students or younger working professionals, this is a welcoming home to feel comfortable in - not a student party house :)
