Two large double bedrooms in a historic cottage

Hi there, I've got a couple of rooms available in a nice farm house within a 5-minute walk from the University of Bath.

Each room has a double bed and is very generous in size (approx. 4 × 5.5 metres). The downstairs room has both north and south facing windows, upstairs is just north-facing but still nice and bright.

The house is currently undergoing some refurbishments, so please note the furniture may differ from the photos when you move in, but both rooms will come fully furnished.

We share a kitchen and a bathroom and we have a cleaner coming in once a week. If you have a car, there are two parking spaces available.

It's currently myself (professional) and one PhD student living in the house. We are a peaceful household where we respect each others' space but happy to have a chat or a drink too, and looking to welcome professionals or postgraduates. Ideally there would be 4 of us in the house in total, which means we can either take in a couple to one of the rooms or two individuals taking one room each.

References welcome. Viewings available between now and 7th December (happy to do them virtually as well) and the rooms themselves will be ready by mid-January 2022. Bills included. Minimum stay is 6 months. Happy to have a chat and answer any questions.
