Single Ensuite- Waterside Court

I am leaving due to change of career pathway, all flat mates are female, friendly and studying at Bath Spa University. The accommodation states the new tenant should also be at University. The room is a good size, with lots of floor space, a huge desk, lockers, a wardrobe and more draws, And it has a decent size ensuite toilet and shower. The Kitchen and living room is one of the bigger sizes, in the whole block of flats.
This really does have the best location right next door is a costa, lidl, hobbie craft and pets at home. The bus stop is right near the accommodation, which goes to town (2 mins), and Bath Spa Uni (10 mins), these are constantly running. The walk to the beautiful city centre is about 20 minutes, there is a little Tesco around a five minute walk away.
There is no parking available, however I parked on the streets opposite, where there was always a space on one of the roads close by. The street parking is also free. My flat mates did not bring there care, but it is possible if you really want to, like I did,
